Q: How much is the deposit?
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the invoice total is due within 48 hours of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

Deposits are non-refundable; however, they may be transferred to another available date within a two-month period.
Please note: If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the date will not be secured and may be released to another client.

Q: Do you provide tableware and serving utensils?
We would be delighted to offer cutlery and place settings for an additional fee. Kindly inform us if you require custom or themed colors. In the absence of any specific instructions, we will provide standard clear options.

Q: Do you offer tastings?
We offer multiple payment options to our clients, including Square, Zelle, CashApp, cash, and business checks. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.
We do offer tasting samples for an additional fee, along with customized packages for events with an expected guest count of 100 or more. Our packages include 1–2 appetizers (if applicable), 2 main courses, and 2 savory sides. Any additional items requested will incur an extra charge, which will be credited toward your final invoice once your booking is confirmed.
Please note that tastings are designed for 1–2 clients, available for pickup or delivery, and are conducted on weekends only. Premium items are not included or may be subjected to a fee.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. In the event that you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes made within 7 business days of the event date may become liable to a cancellation fee or other costs incurred by Jaycee's.
Q: When is the payment due?
To secure a date, please make the deposit within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. We do not accept payments the same week or day of events. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Q: Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery services available upon request. A delivery fee will be included in the final balance.
